Product usage: Important: Read the instructions and use appropriately. For adults and children over 6 years old: Use once daily after brushing teeth with toothpaste. Remove the cap. Hold the bottle vertically and twist. Fill up to the fill line. When poured, it holds exactly 10 ml. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with 10 ml of cleanser for 1 minute and then spit it out. Do not swallow the cleanser. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after use. Children under 12 years of age. Children should be instructed in proper rinsing habits to minimize swallowing.
