Very tight. 'M' was perhaps a little optimistic of me, but it does fulfill the compression promise, which was not what I was interested in. The workmanship is acceptable. There are also soft rubber gel lines on the inside of the waistband for additional support. Probably comfortable in the right size. Whether you use it for warmth or to lose weight, everyone has to try it out for themselves. You can buy it.

These are comfortable to wear. They do roll down from the waist if you bend and move about a lot, but that is probably because of my body shape due to a spinal problem. Very good service and delivery time. Many thanks.

2 stars for fast delivery and 3 stars deducted because of poor workmanship. The threads come loose. Fabric too short, causing seams to burst. Seen in the photo. Too bad about the money.

Average quality, low-end sewing and little finish, shorts too short at the bottom and not long enough to avoid friction of the skin between the two thighs.
