When you have a problem, they are not able to give you a good return You are asked to go to the post office to post your product in China. I think they are very mean. Several times I have placed my orders with them. For the first time I had a problem. They are unable to manage I am very disappointed.

Everything arrived safely and also as described the TPU case everything ok also fits great with the mobile phone case everything is super nice just too small an S23 Ultra unfortunately does not fit in the mobile phone compartment otherwise it is very practical and really beautiful
