I have had this bag for just over a Month. The bag is now broken the strap has come lose & the zip handle has come off. I was out Shopping when it happened & had to get another bag because I can’t use the bag I brought off of You. Please let Me know what You are going to do about it.

Much smaller than expected and very cheap material. Not happy with my purchase, although not worth sending back, I just won't buy again.

It's a product for girls,not for women.Size asked was XXL .We want to return this products(2) and send my money back.

Strap started breaking after first use so not very happy but I guess as the saying goes you get what you pay for...
