Lemons or other fruits that have been stored for a long time or have less water may experience a slight jam during the slicing process due to shrinkage of the skin. This is a normal phenomenon, not a problem with the blade.
PULL the thickness selection dial out a bit while turning it.
The thickness adjustment knob can only adjust the slice thickness.
How to clean
Rinse with water and hang to dry.
If it is stained with the color of vegetables and fruits, you can wipe it with a cloth dipped in cooking oil.
It is recommended to wash immediately after use.
