Hello, This is the first time something like this has happened to me.. I ordered a brown dress and received a light beige dress. The latter also has a blue stain on the front. . I also ordered a beige jacket to go with my brown dress, so it doesn't fit either because it doesn't stand out at all and it's also small and I don't fit into it. I therefore request a full refund for the 2 items in my order.. Please give me the procedure to follow to return these 2 defective items to you, one of which has a blue stain and is not the correct color initially ordered and the other is not the correct color and is too small.. Thank you for the stained dress that you promised to reimburse me for, but because the dress was not the right brown color as ordered, I would like to return the jacket which no longer goes at all with the cream color of the dress and I would like you to reimburse me for this linen jacket at €15.33 which, moreover, is too small and will never be able to be of use to me because it does not correspond to the color to go with the dress...so it is almost the same colors even though I had chosen the brown dress and the beige jacket so that it would contrast. ! thank you for your understanding. cordially Mary ALPHONSE
