The phone wont start, it is black screen. When I put the charger the dot on top of the phone lights red. I charged it for whole day now tried to hard reset by trying all combinations and with the information in the internet, nothing works. One more thing, I ordered 8 gb ram and this phone it says 4gb ram on the back. They are not answering for 10 days already, I have to go to the police now... Handy ist okay. Benutze es für offroadnavigation am ATV. Handy nicht ganz so flott wie erwartet, was sich bei Routenberechnun& und beim Booten bemerkbar macht. Kamera ist ausreichend. Ganz ärgerlich und zusätzlicher Punktabzug: Ich habe NIE eine Rechnung erhalten. Joom-service verweist an Hersteller Blackview. Der sagt natürlich, was soll er eine Rechnung ausstellen, wenn ich das Geld an joom bezahlt habe. Kundenservice sieht anders aus!! So hab ich keine Rechnung mit MwSt, und kann die Anschaffung nicht abrechnen.
LE GSMJ ne s'allume plus et je ne sais pas ou et par qui je peut le faire réparer sous garantie de plus je voudrait si possible une copie de la facture et une adresse pour réparation. J'ai par ailleurs reçu une réponse de Joom qui me stipule de contacter le vendeur alors que le téléphone a été acheté sur votre site.
