The name on the cap is embroidered inside out. It looks stupid. Joom offered a refund if I destroyed the cap and sent them a photo or video of the destroyed item. I guess it's a satisfactory resolution after waiting 5 weeks for delivery.

I ordered the all black cap, but instead I received the one with the white lines.Tks to joom too ,immediately after the complaint I received a refund, although I preferred the one I had ordered, still tks for the immediate response.

Arrived today.Adjustment knob broken. see photo) Useless. Request processing. Request money back. Thanks. P.Colev. button has been repaired. Cap otherwise optically quite nice.
