It was clear that they were small, but the fact that they didn't light up didn't match the description. If you shine a strong spotlight on these "luminous stones", they can be seen in the dark for about 1 minute.

The stones really do glow in the dark, but you need a lot more than just one pack to achieve a big glowing effect.
