The thing always tells me unable to charge and I haven't heard anything from Joom. I sent them a picture and a video. They wanted me to make a video of the socket where I was charging and as proof charge other devices with the socket and record it on video. I did everything as they wanted. This was supposed to be a gift for my grandpa because he wanted one like this. I'm just going to end up with a headache as if 30 to 40 € is worth something to me. You shouldn't believe the reviews. I'm going to contact the payment service provider with this evidence if I don't get a response within 24 hours. Bye, rating minus 6 stars..
As in description !! After 6 months of almost zero use as it is a backup phone the phone stopped charging the battery !! I got a new battery but the problem remains the phone dosen't charge the battery !!! the battery is charging only with external battery charger I got .
the phone came in a top quality. must note: you have to remove the plastic on the battery before using. the only problem i had is that the number 6 key will only work if i hard press on it otherwise the phone is in very good condition and everything is working like new.
I had this phone as a teenager and then I lost it. Now I am delighted with my purchase.. after 16 years.. It is nice to keep some memories in your hands. Thank you very much …
