The sofa itself is nice and comfortable, a little small. What I don't like is that the inside is full of polespan balls (or whatever they say) and to wash it, you either remove the balls (I don't recommend it at all) or clean it with some dry product. . It would be much better if it had a cover so you could put it in the washing machine. The yellow sofa is not a teddy bear type, but is made of normal fabric, which is what I wanted, but in the description it does not say it anywhere, in case it helps someone. Something that also happened to me is that it took me more than a month and it arrived after the estimated date, I suppose it was because of the holidays, but I wanted it for kings and I didn't have it, luckily my daughter is one year old and I don't know whole

Main problem was the estimated delivery time, definitely not achievable to the UK, the item was ordered on the 3rd December with an EDT of 13th-24th December. The item arrived on the 28th December so very disappointing as the item was a Christmas present for my Granddaughter. Nice item but cannot remove the cover for washing despite there being a zip, there is a slight smell to the polystyrene balls but I'm hoping this will wear off as used. Due to the disappointing delivery times I won't be using Joom again.

Product delivered without prior notice of the date and time. The delivery man didn't even call once in front of my house and left the package with a neighbor. After opening what a disappointment. The product does not conform to the photo on the site. The armchair is made of a strange material (kind of very rigid polyester and without a cover or fabric covering on it). The color is gray and not white or cream. There are also some sewing threads sticking out and coming loose. Very disappointed 😞

I received the chair a few days ago. The item seems to be of good quality however upon opening the package I noticed that there has been some damage to the chair. I’ve attached pictures which don’t really do it justice as it’s quite light but it looks like it’s been slightly damp and there is dirt on one side. This is a Christmas present for my daughter so chances of getting another in time are very slim.
