Everything arrived, only the problem is with attaching the plastic covers to the hair clipper - they fall off and do not hold on to the device.

I received it, the description says 10 W, but the trimmer I received .... 5 W.... Also, the cleaning brush is not at all like the picture in the store. So, maybe they mixed up the model of the trimmer and sent the one that was not in the description, not the one that I ordered. I will contact the support service.
