I ordered these shoes in size 38, but they fit more like a 37. When I contacted customer service for a return, I was asked to provide an impossible photo showing the outer sole in a specific way that just couldn’t be done realistically. As a result, I’m now stuck with the pair and out of the money. It’s a shame, especially considering the poor return process. I also ordered another pair (different model) in the same size which fits perfectly, so I don’t understand why the sizing is so inconsistent between products or why the return process doesn’t work properly. Very disappointed!
