The item is made of glass and was inadequately packaged so it broke in transit. I didn't open the package, but the sand from the hourglass is trickling out (you can see the yellow sand in the photos) and you can hear the shards rattling.

The products arrived in separate parts (the volle had dried and crumbled) All in a crushed box. The sand does not flow without stirring every 2 minutes. Result: a 10 min hourglass that takes 20 🤦♀️
