This long reach flexible claw is an inferior product from the first one I've purchased. The pushed down for the opening of the claw is stiff and jams in the beginning of the push. It seems it has a flaw in the manufacture of the cable of the claw. The first one I bought was flawless.

Quality price I recommend however the shipping and in the receiving country was not in the best condition.... As I am not always at home there is a way to go to a locker near my address through the Portuguese post office they had some difficulty with the delivery
