Unfortunately, this time it took more than 1 month from order to delivery. But I had already expected that because of the Corona situation. So everything ok 😊 This is a battery operated engraving pen. The pen is made of plastic. Not really stable, but it holds up. Unfortunately, inserting the batteries, which are not included, is a really tricky business. But once you have them in, the pen works without any problems.👍 Opening and closing the pen to change the batteries is also a trick. Because the button for switching the pen on and off tends to slip and cannot use the pen. This then has to be laboriously pushed back into position. Unfortunately, the various engraving tips shown in the dealer photos are not included. The pen comes with only one engraving tip. Otherwise it corresponds to the information provided by the dealer and looks exactly like it does in his photos.👍 So far I'm still satisfied and like to give 4⭐⭐⭐⭐ And can recommend dealer and product 👍👍

Well... Unfortunately I can't test this product because the pen arrived broken off at the front. The pen was packed in a plastic bag and did not come in the original packaging. Too bad, but unfortunately not usable. But the delivery time worked. Ordered on : 02/13/2022 Delivered on: 03/14/2022 Update: I started a complaint with Joom and got my money back within 24 hours. It doesn't get any better than that. Many many thanks. So the shop definitely gets more than 5 stars!!!

The product does not work, (INSERTED TWO AA BATTERIES INSIDE THE CONTAINER, WITH THE NEGATIVE POLE AT THE DOWN SO THE POSITIVE POLE AT THE TOP, CLOSED THE CONTAINER FOR THE TEST. So far it looks good. But I still have to try the pen. Today I tried it. It works for some things, but you can hardly see anything on the wood. For some things, the part is then again too weak. With one cup it came out well. The other, you can't see it so well. With the wooden board you can hardly see anything 😪
