The parcel was a little squashed however everything was all good and not broken. Had all parts to what i needed for the smoothie maker. So far I recommend you getting this product for the price I payed. Well while using this product, I realized that it dose not do well with ice as planed. Also the pink handle dose get in the way and you can't remove it. The charging take a long time. Overall a good little product to have ❤️
