They are very frivolous, and they lack a bit of professionalism. Delayed delivery, return even slower... for 10 days I have been struggling to contact someone so that I can return the product. I want the same material on the front to be used on the back. The second material is much too weak and will wear out very quickly. Returning the product seems very difficult, you have to send pictures/videos to show them the quality of the material... the strange condition... and then pictures with the delivery dates... well, this is already in the system...
