The portable Fossibot F2400 power station is indeed a technological leap in the field of small power banks, enclosed with a whole set of equipment such as: a voltage converter and a solar regulator in one housing. For off-grid photovoltaic enthusiasts, this device works great and is relatively inexpensive. The efficiency of 2400 W of continuous power is indeed confirmed, the losses on the converter are small, the device works exceptionally quietly despite the high current load. I am really pleasantly surprised, because for several years I have been playing with photovoltaics, for which, in addition to a set of panels, I use solar regulators and converters from Volt Polska (also Chinese), but their work culture and efficiency are comparable to Fossibot. The thicket of thick cables between batteries and equipment converting direct current to alternating current disappears. Here we have everything in one compact, elegant housing. Fossibot F2400 serves me as an additional power bank, which allows me to provide electricity in the evening (and not only) when the sun has already set. I use it to run an automatic washing machine, which draws about 2100 W when the heater is on, a fridge, freezer, computer, TV and other small devices, remembering not to exceed 2400 W in total, because then the protection will work and everything will turn off for a moment. Comparing this power bank with a capacity of approx. 2 kW with top-shelf banks with a capacity of 10 kW, which cost approx. PLN 35,000, it is worth tempting yourself with this handy and inexpensive Fossibot F 2400 model or choose a model twice as capacious and powerful: Fossibot F3600, which also costs twice as much. It all depends on your actual needs and the size of your wallet. I was a bit unlucky, because in the Fossibot F2400 model, which I bought at the beginning of the summer of 2024, a minor defect appeared after a month: the display started flickering and became difficult to read, but the entire device worked without any problems. I like to pay, but for equipment that is 100% functional, so I carried out the complaint procedure via Joom and today, i.e. September 9, 2024, I already have a new, functional device, and I expect a refund for the returned one. Everything without complications and I think that everything will end positively. You should also be aware that trading with Chinese companies is burdened with additional difficulties resulting from the huge distances that separate our countries, therefore, a longer wait for goods or the processing of a complaint does not result from the ill will of the trading platform or the seller, but from the previously mentioned factors. However, it is worth waiting, because in return you can take advantage of the latest technological achievements of the Middle Kingdom, which cannot be ignored, because they are visible at every step.. I'm happy not to use the app. After all, all necessary functions can be adjusted through the device itself. I would only complain about the initial odor and the tediousness of the materials. However, after a few hours in the open air, this odor disappeared. In addition, from my point of view, the placement of the output ports on the front side is also desirable.
