I'm disappointed because the little elf in the sales photos looks different than the one that was delivered to me. Nothing is broken as you can see from the photos, but it doesn't look like the dealer photos. In the sales photo, the toes and fingers are beautifully crafted and appear to be moving. It is the same with the fingers. The ankles and calves on the sales photos are also beautifully detailed. Not so on the delivered little elf. Being an artist myself, I know how difficult some things are to bring out, but I would never advertise my sculptures with "embellished" photos (or a specially made figurine). An undefinable lump is also stuck to the left forearm. Something on her right thigh also broke off, which the manufacturer filled in uncleanly. Something like that doesn't look good with prospects/customers. In any case, the delivered product looks different from the photos shown by the retailer. I'm really, really disappointed

Doesn't look like the photo and somehow it's missing some color and probably also the paintwork the figure is rather matt 😪 But still kinda ok

The statuette arrived with broken wings, what to do???? I request a refund or another statuette. Thank you for answering me

The figure was packaged very well, but unfortunately the wings broke off. Otherwise she is as cute as promised.
