I don't know what material has been used to make this belt but it is grossly inferior it ripped from the pin hole to the outside edge rendering it useless. I have a couple of leather belts I have used for work for around 30 years and they are holding up fine whatever this is made out of is not fit for purpose

The lock is also of high quality and the measurement is accurate, exactly as specified when making the purchase order.

Very poor quality, everything except leather, I really think I won't buy on joom again. So I warn you not to buy it because it's a scam.
