The Nutcracker lived up to expectations. Unfortunately, the second item (tie holder) did not meet expectations, the description and pictures on the internet did not correspond to the product delivered (see attached picture). As delivered, this is unusable at all (no hook for hanging). And not, as described, 20 expenses for ties, but at most four. Should the product be returned?? Hoping for a quick reply, kind regards. I. It is difficult to assemble, I used a nail file to assemble it It's smaller than I thought, I hope it lasts a long time
