For example, I ordered sneakers and when I received them, the sole was torn and very damaged, the quality of the pair is literally plastic! Above all, do not buy clothes or sneakers on this site! Then I received other products which are shabby, awful and which do not correspond at all to the photo on the Joom site. I received a handbag, it looks like a keychain! I find that very abusive on their part. So no more purchases on this site and the value for money is totally ridiculous! The pair of basketball was worth 16 euros so what is not even worth 1 cent! And again this is very unacceptable!

Delivery 22 days. The purse would be very nice if it weren't crumpled and damaged. It has an interesting solution inside, compartments, pockets. The whole effect is spoiled by creases, and it is known that the crease of eco-leather cannot be removed, but the worst thing is damage to the bag in the center of the front, as if rubbed on and cut at the edge of the sewing. I wonder how quickly this edge will break off. It's a pity because the handbag is nice but the quality is mediocre.

The bag was too squashed during transport, so that there is a crease in the (artificial) leather on the front side...that's not possible and doesn't look nice either. Also, the buckle with the clasp is very scratched and looks cheap because the metal is not well finished. Will unfortunately send back ... I'm a bit disappointed.

Frankly for the price the bag is just beautiful. It was very well packaged. He arrived really early. Nothing to say. It's true that he's not very tall but still he's really super cute for once. I really like this little bag. More than going to be beautiful now
