As far as comfort go, it is really comfy and stretchy, squatproof, nice high waist, great breathable material. I bought the size as suggested by the measurements Suze chart. It does fit; but it slides down. I bought it for running (as the phone pockets were my biggest interest) but spent all the time (5k)pulling up my leggings as it just slid right off (the gusset ended up a few times almost at my knees) . Would I recommend them for gym? Yes. Lounge wear? Yes. Running or any other strainuous exercise? No. If you do buy them, go a size smaller. Maybe even 2?

Tho the other pants in my order fit as xl, these did not. They feel more like a medium to large. Good quality tho and very stylish. Wish they fit! I suggest if you wear size xl canadian, that you order 3x or even 4x to be safe. It's easier to adjust to a smaller size with needle and thread, than to make clothes bigger! 😘
