I received this day Monday, April 03, 2023, 6 articles out of 7, I am really happy to have received them. All items correspond to my order. Except for one item that I didn't order and I really don't see what use it can be. And the silver chain link necklace that I ordered is missing.. How can I return the item that I did not order???. Otherwise, overall I'm satisfied. I hope to receive my silver mesh necklace as soon as possible. Thank you for understanding.

It arrived quickly in Colombia, considering that the arrival time was July 22, it took 36 days (from April 7 to May 13). However, the packaging (which was just a bag) did not protect it from the trip and the pencil arrived loose, and after using it for 10 minutes it broke. It is not pigmented like the image, I had to apply it 4 times to find the tone (image of my hand), and once it is applied to the eyebrow it is VERY easy to erase, just by sweating it would fall off.

Not sure what the brush is for considering there is no color and the other end that supposed to have tint is awful and hurts because I have to press so hard to make any tint at all on my eyebrows. Not happy with this item at all and if it didn't cost such a fortune to return it I would so it looks like its going in the garbage which makes me very mad because I don't have money to throw away but no sense in keeping something that won't work.
