How can I rate the order, i.e. the item, if I haven't even opened the package because I ordered it by mistake and therefore don't need it at all, but you are causing me such absolute stress in order to send it back, i.e. get a refund. In the future, stick your crap somewhere else because you no longer have me as a customer.

Excellent solution to have the hem fixed with pants or dresses 👗. You simply lean on it, iron it and the hem is already cooked. Very practical. It arrived in less than a month in Spain 🇪🇸. Good solution Joom
