I would like you to please refund my money to my credit card in the amount of €21.66. 1 month ago I complained about some rings that were too big for me. And you wrote to me what you did to me. .ls returned the money. And until the moment they have not returned it. Please what happened??

Just received this jacket but unfortunetately it’s a bit small . I already ordered one previously and did not fit . Sleeves are abit short and fits a bit tight . It’s like the same that I ordered before . Although I ordered it one size bigger

I just received the jacket after waiting more than it was expected . It was suppose to arrive on the 14th of January . Then I was disappointed to find that it was small especially the sleeves . I want to return it but how do go about it ?
