I have just received my order, with two items that were supposed to be delivered at home but they reported it as missing which is not true and they left it at the PDP carrier's warehouse because it is easier for them, they drop several orders there without going people's house. But the main issue is that of the two items received, one does not match the order, neither in size nor in quantity. It's a roll of aluminum tape. The one I ordered was 4.8x10 mt and they sent me 4.8x5 mt. the roll had a total width of 10 cm and this one is 5 cm, it should have been 10 meters long and is only 5 meters long. This is outright fraud and theft. Because I paid €5.68 for it with VAT. As you can see in my order HKAWLXPV8M3WPJ5V5 and with the code referring to this product is DQ83W8Q6 the photo and the measurements of the order. I wait for this issue to be resolved, otherwise I will stop ordering the JOM. It is unacceptable these situations should stop working with people who are not serious in business. I was disappointed with this, in the image it looks bigger, but in reality it is less than half and the material is very thin, it looks like gummed aluminum foil.
