I edit again, once used I had gotten the hang of it and the color looked good on me, the only thing is that after a week of use it no longer paints, I don't know if it's defective or if it dried too quickly, it no longer paints, I have another one to see if the same thing happens or if it lasts longer, too bad because in the end it worked well, based on the comments no one has complained about this defect, I don't know if it's only happened to me.
The parts are of poor quality and don't do what you would expect from a sipper. They keep slipping out and the screw doesn't really hold the part together. The sipper is made of plastic, which is clearly too soft for its job.
The first one I bought came dry, the second one was fine, so I bought it again. At the moment they both paint. If you get the colour right, they are perfect. You just have to know how to put the right amount. The only drawback is that there is not enough product, it should be a bigger amount.
It is not water resistant, as it says in the description. If we refer to the price, it is quite ok. I bought it out of curiosity to compare with the products I use and which differ a lot in price, so I had no expectations .
