And once again... an earring does not close. The other one, perfect. It's a love-hate product: I love them for myself and as gifts, but half the time I buy them, there's a problem. Check the quality. The braided gift bracelet they offered did not arrive either. Very good service from Joom customer service, thank you.

It is the third pair that I order. The.first, great. The second one arrived defective and Joom paid me for it. The third wears impeccable again. I think this model has an adequate size, neither too small nor too big.
